Keeping the Record

These first important pages provide space for recording a brief summary of vital information for each birth, including family information, baby's statistics, and space for a brief birth story. As many as 308 births can be recorded. Also included is a space for a birth record number, allowing you to track information throughout the book.

Birthing Tales

These pages provide additional space for midwives to honor those births whose stories need more than a few lines to document the time and energy that was needed. Assigning a birth record number refers this story back to Keeping The Record, and forward to Statistics pages.

Statistics

This section allows midwives the opportunity to easily accumulate comprehensive, important statistical data. Midwives are able to add columns for statistics related to their own personal practice.

Additional space is provided to keep notes, lists of reference materials, web pages, midwife contacts, and any other helpful information.

Address Book

The Address Book assists in maintaining contact with clients, sending birthday cards, and referring to the thier birth stories.
